The IREVA High Performance (HP) program selects, develops and supports junior-level athletes who have the desire to become the best volleyball players at the highest level of which they are capable. The program is highly competitive and provides athletes with an opportunity to train and compete with some of the region’s best athletes and coaches.
IREVA HP Girls Program – consists of three tiers

To take part in IREVA HP tryout, you must be a USAV member and attend at least one try-out. USAV regular or one-day memberships are acceptable for tryouts. However, if you are selected to participate in IREVA HP camps or tournament, regular membership is required.
Age groups: USAV HP follows FIVB age group policies, which are different than for regular USAV/IREVA competition – details are found on the tryouts webpage.
Athletes interested in participating in this year’s IREVA HP program must attend and participate in a minimum of 1 (one) try-out. Athletes are only permitted to try out for one position per try-out. However, girls who want to try-out at multiple positions may attend more than one try-out. Additionally girls may participate in more than one try-out for any reason.
