Recent Updates to AES:
- TD Level - Team Results Report for Tournament Director. Click reports – add new – select event – select TeamResult as the report Type.
- TD Level - can switch Divisions for teams on the team page – under Div Code..
- CD Level - have the ability to add/edit/delete/import results per team.
- CD Level - full enforcement of data requirements set from the division page.
- Hotel Confirmation - on the confirmation e-mails(reservation) Tax included verbiage was not pulling correctly (Fixed)
- Adult Divisions - Adult Registration Cutoff Date issue
- TD Level - Reservation selected within mailing center not filtering by event (Fixed)
- Scheduler - If AES schedules your event, once the event concludes those results will automatically appear in the club level for those teams.
What is being worked on now:
- TD level - Optimization of team’s page, takes too long to load.
- CD Level - Visibility – provide the option so team can view which teams are entered into your events. Based on the Visibility drop down in the event info section.
- TD Level - view individual results for a team
- CD Level - AAU # option for the player / staff records that will appear in custom reports
- Teams missing from mailing center
- Additional USAV recommendations…
