AES INSTRUCTIONS & UPDATES 01/17/09

- Clubs / Teams can ADD their results. When a club director logs in there is a results link – they can add results one at a time or import. There is a new option where teams can track wins/losses and a NEW option to insert scores. In the next couple days the option will be added where Tournament Directors can view/export results along with results imported from AES' scheduling software that includes scores. Please email the clubs and let them know this feature is added.
- Tournament Director view – click teams click team name inserted new column, USAV Verified.
- USAV – if imported from Webpoint
- RC – if a regional Commissioner verified
- N – if not verified
- Tournament Director view – click teams click team name NEW REPORT: click Print Team Roster – includes USAV Ver, background screen ver, impact ver.
- We continue to optimize the Teams page when a Tournament Director clicks Teams. New Filters w/ check marks – Accepted – Pending (is the default) you can select Not Accepted & dropped to speed up the page load.
