2009/2010 IREVA ONLINE REGISTRATION - JUNIORS
JUNIORS AND NON-PLAYING AFFILIATED ADULTS
THIS PAGE APPLIES TO JUNIOR PLAYERS AND ADULTS AFFILIATED WITH JUNIORS CLUBS OR JUNIORS ACTIVITIES, EXCLUDING THOSE WHO ADULTS WHO ARE ALSO PLAYERS OR REFEREES.
REGISTRATION FORMS AND FEES FOR GIRLS AND BOYS CLUBS ARE TO BE SENT TO SUSANNA ASHLINE.
All Players / Members
- Obtain instructions from your Club Director on their detailed procedures for handling tryouts, applications and registrations. (There are differences among the clubs, within IREVA’s requirements.)
- In the on-line membership application process, please provide or update all contact information, and select the club with whom you are registering.
- If you are trying out and acceptance is not assured, or do not know your club, select “Undecided”. If that is the case, the Club Director will send in your name with the Team Application, and you will be assigned to the correct club by the registrar. Members who applied as "undecided" must be assigned to a club and team to finalize their membership in a club. A player can not be on a roster and participate in a tournament as "undecided".
- The electronic signature for Junior members MUST be entered by legal parent/guardian.
- Tryout or one-day registration must be used for participation of non-members in any IREVA-sanctioned activities. Upgrades are now allowed – see forms. Contact the Assistant Registrar with any questions or unusual situations. NOTE THAT ASSOCIATED ADULTS CAN NOT USE A ONE-DAY REGISTRATION UNLESS THEY CAN SHOW PROOF OF A CUURENT USAV BACKGROUND SCREEN.
- The club rep should contact the appropriate Assistant Registrar for any questions or issues of a non-routine nature, e.g., out-of-region players and teams, foreign players and teams, player / coach situations, etc.
- ADULTS WHO ARE OR MAY BE AFFILIATED WITH A JUNIORS CLUB OR JUNIORS ACTIVITIES MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND SCREEN [GOOD FOR TWO YEARS]. BE SURE TO CHECK THE APPLICABLE BOX AND PROVIDE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION SO THAT A BACKGROUND SCREEN IS PROCESSED FOR YOU.
- TELL THE JUNIORS CLUB DIRECTOR OF YOUR STATUS. THE JUNIORS CLUB DIRECTOR WILL REGISTER YOU WITH THE JUNIORS CLUB.
- ADULTS WHO DECIDE AT A LATER DATE TO BE PLAYERS MUST ASK THEIR ADULT CLUB DIRECTOR TO HAVE THEM ASSOCIATED WITH THE ADULT CLUB SO THAT THEY CAN BE PUT ON THE TEAM ROSTER.
