NEW This Season:
Electronic Signature added to the on-line registration system; signed individual waiver forms no longer need to be submitted to IREVA unless traditional paper application is being used in lieu of the on-line application and electronic signature.
For Juniors, the Parent/Guardian MUST complete the Electronic Signature.
Two Assistant Registrars This Year - Having two registrars will allow for quicker turnaround time processing the registrations as will as having a more direct line of contact. Laurie Muollo is now the Chief Registrar, over-seeing the entire process, handling special situations, and assisting with problem solving.

All Players / Members
- Obtain instructions from your Club Director on their detailed procedures for handling tryouts, applications and registrations. (There are differences among the clubs, within IREVA’s requirements.)
- In the on-line membership application process, please select the club with whom you are registering.
- If you are trying out and acceptance is not assured, or do not know your club, select “Undecided”. If that is the case, the Club Director will send in your name with the Team Application, and you will be assigned to the correct club by the registrar.

Club Director Checklist
- Verify Members have applied (copy of application confirmation or view on-line)
- Fill out Team Application Form - not required to be organized as a team per se, but organizing alphabetically by last name will expedite the process – JO clubs: be sure to list adult players who need to be associated with your club by the registrar
- Determine fees due:
- Electronic Signature w/ Groups 5 or less - $45 Each
- Electronic Signature w/ Groups 6 or more - $40 Each
- Paper Registration - $55
- 12U - $20
- Late Registration - $50 surcharge per adult registered after 03/31/08 (in addition to above).
- IREVA pays background check fee for referees
- Adult players do not pay additional fees for additional roles, except background check (if applicable)
- Verify members have filled out and signed background screening form (if applicable)
- Send to the CORRECT Assistant Registrar:
- team application
- separate checks from the club or club director made out to IREVA for memberships [one per batch is ok] and for background screenings
- coaches’ code of ethics forms
- background screening forms
- Assistant Registrar will process within 14 calendar days after receipt of complete, correct information.
- Prior to participation in practices or tournaments, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure members are:
- Active (membership is “current”)
- Background Screening completed - (if applicable)
- Registered with or associated with your club
- In possession of printed Membership Cards (must have present at all tournaments)
Note: It is highly recommended that when the Club Director receives the application confirmation from the player that they also request a signed print out of the Code of Conduct.
