USAV / IREVA Registration 2009/2010 Season

NEW This Season:
Updated forms and revised fees structure.
- One-Day tournament registrations have been changed to $10, and must be submitted on paper.
- Upgrades to full membership are $40, and must be submitted on paper.
- On-line application for one-day registrations and upgrades are eliminated in order to standardize processes and eliminate confusion and uncertainty caused by mail delays for delivery of applications and fees.
Susanna Ashline will handle all registrations – boys, girls and adults. Laurie Muollo is the Chief Registrar, over-seeing the entire process, handling special situations, and assisting with problem solving.
Electronic signature for Code of Ethics - USAV has created a standardized Junior Club Personnel Code of Ethics, which can be signed electronically as part of the registration process. Signed forms no longer need to be submitted to IREVA unless a traditional paper application is being used in lieu of the on-line application and electronic signature. The JCPCOE is required for all adults associated with a JO club, not just coaches.
REMINDERS:
All adults, players and non-players, are paying the same membership fee in order to simplify things and minimize confusion. The standard individual registration fee is $45 for on-line applications, with a $5 penalty for paper and a $5 discount for groups of 6 or more submitted with the proper three forms. IREVA pays for all background checks from membership fees.
Registration for tryouts, camps and clinics are available for Juniors at the same $10 rate, and can also be upgraded. Select the “one-event / multi-day” option in WEBPOINT.
Electronic signatures for background checks are now included in WEBPOINT; signed forms only need to be submitted to IREVA if traditional paper application is being used in lieu of the on-line membership application and electronic signature.
IREVA’s policy on G-rated club and team names continues in force.
IREVA does not [yet] have a method for accepting on-line payments.
On-line applications will be confirmed by email; after payment is received and membership is approved, an additional confirmation email will be received.

All Players / Members
- Obtain instructions from your Club Director on their detailed procedures for handling tryouts, applications, registrations and fees. There are numerous differences among the clubs, within IREVA’s requirements.
- All checks for membership fees should generally be made out to and processed through the applicant’s club, with limited exceptions.
- In the on-line membership application process, please select the club with whom you are registering.
- If you are trying out and acceptance is not assured, or do not know your club, or may be joining a new club, select “Undecided”. If that is the case, the Club Director will send in your name with the Team Application, and you will be assigned to the correct club by the registrar.
