IMPACT certification is required for all JO coaches, and would be valuable for all adult club coaches. All prospective coaches are encouraged to attend; non-members are welcome. http://www.ireva.org/news.php At the 1/22/10 IREVA Board of Direcors meeting, a substantially revised procedure for complaints and grievances was adopted. Although issues that rise to the level of becoming formal complaints and grievance are infrequent, this procedure is necassary; it provides a clear set of steps to ensure that due process is provided for both parties involved. http://www.ireva.org/news.php A revised version of the IREVA Tournament Director's Guide is now available.
